NEW DELHI, Sept 4 (Bernama) — Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh stressed that the school environment should be free from fear, trauma and anxiety so as to make the Right to Education (RTE), a grand national movement, according to Press Trust of India (PTI) on Saturday.
